Assist the Customer Service team with all Sportsbook betting disputes, settlements, re-settlements, and cancellations
Helping our customers via email and chat
Being a representative externally towards our customers
Complete various site checks several times daily to ensure the accuracy of the Sportsbook product
Create and manage future pricing for various sports
Continuously developing knowledge of the company and the gaming industry

You'll Be Great At This If You

Excellent general knowledge of sporting
Good knowledge of sports betting industry
Good organization and multi-tasking skills combined with an exceptional work ethic
Excellent written communication skills in English
Strong awareness of the sporting calendar
Ability to set priorities and manage time effectively

Salary

Starting at 1200-2000 € Gross
