Get Ready To

Lead the recruitment process, from posting job ads to coordinating interviews and onboarding new hires.
Work with the product teams to identify necessary requirements for open roles.
Plan and execute company events, team buildings, and other employee activities.
Collaborate with managers to identify and fulfill staffing needs.
Manage, administer and maintain with employee related data.

You'll Be Great At This If You

At least 2 years of experience in recruitment and human resources management.
Excellent communication skills with positive vibe.
Flexible, in uncertain situations seeking for solutions.
Common sense in all situations.
Team player and just a good person.

Starting at 2070-2630 € Gross
